Why we built this
When we first moved to Dubai, every “guide” we found was either a listicle recycled from 2019 or a thinly-veiled property ad. Nobody told us that rent is paid in post-dated cheques. Nobody warned us about the summer electricity bills. Nobody ranked the neighborhoods honestly.
So we decided to write the guide we wished existed — with real prices, real opinions, and zero sponsored placements influencing what we recommend.
